Rousel wakes you by name. Save your name once and your alarm greets you with it — "Bhasker, wake up!" — in a voice you choose. If you've set up Personal Voice on your iPhone, it can even be your own. RINGS WHEN IT MATTERS Rousel is built on iOS 26's alarm system, so alarms sound through the silent switch and through Focus and Do Not Disturb. Most alarm apps can't do this. That's the difference between an alarm and a notification you'll sleep through. ANY TIME OF DAY A 7am alarm and a twenty-minute nap before a call are the same thing here. Tap a preset — 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60 minutes — and you're counting down. No arithmetic, no scrolling to find a time.
