Boca Care is the companion app for Boca patients. It is where you follow your treatment, record what you notice, and stay connected to the clinicians looking after you. WHAT YOU CAN DO Follow your orders See where each order stands, from the moment it reaches your clinician through to delivery, with carrier tracking when the pharmacy provides it. The app shows the stage your order is actually at, and says so when a status is not yet known. Record what you notice Log a weight or a vital when it suits you, including blood pressure, heart rate, glucose and oxygen. Your entries reach your care team, so the people reviewing your treatment can see the picture between visits rather than only on the day you speak. Keep your prescription in view See what you have been prescribed and what your care team has said about refills. When something is not known, the app says so and points you to your care team rather than filling in a gap. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone is eligible, and a clinician may decide not to prescribe. Some treatments prescribed through Boca are compounded medications, prepared by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Boca treats patients only in the states where our clinicians are licensed. It does not suggest, calculate or display dosing, and it does not tell you what to expect from treatment. Questions about your treatment belong with your care team.
