Growee HR

Growee is the iPhone app for people whose company runs on Growee. Track your hours, book time off, and ask your company's AI assistant — with the same account you already use on the web. Accounts are created by your organization. If your employer uses Growee, sign in with your work email and password, or with Apple, Google, or Microsoft. TIME TRACKING - Start and stop timers, or log hours after the fact - A running timer shows up as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a Stop button — no need to open the app - Week view from Monday to Sunday, with per-day totals and a live week total - Log against your projects and tasks, with notes and break time - Copy over all the rows from your most recent timesheet when a day or week is empty - Pull suggested entries from your connected calendar, code repositories, and issue tracker, edit them, and save the ones you want - Generate an entry description from your activity in a connected repository or issue tracker, in English, French, or Romanian HOLIDAYS AND TIME OFF - Your balance per policy: days taken, days left, and the next approved period - Request time off: pick a policy and dates, and see the day count and the balance you would have left before you submit - Attach a document to a request and choose your approver - Cancel your own pending requests - Managers and team leads get the pending requests for their people and approve or reject them, with a swipe GROWEE AI - Ask a question and watch the answer stream in - Dictate instead of typing - Attach a PDF, image, spreadsheet, or document for the assistant to read - Conversations are kept, so you can pick a thread back up later HOME SCREEN WIDGETS - Tracked Today: your total for the day, ticking live while a timer runs - Leave Balance: paid days left, plus requests still waiting for a decision - Out Today: who on your team is off YOUR DAY - Company news, and a month calendar of team leave, national holidays, birthdays and evaluations, with filters you set once - Today's meetings from your connected calendar - Your assigned tasks, and your goals — create and edit them, tick off milestones, and drag the progress slider - A feed of your recent activity TEAM - Search the company directory - Open a colleague for their email, phone, position, team, and start date YOUR RECORDS - Your documents, with preview and download - Feedback you have received - Your evaluation history, including position and level changes PRIVACY AND SECURITY - Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode - Your sign-in token is kept in the iOS Keychain - No ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics in this app - Your organization decides which sections are available; anything it has turned off stays hidden The app is in English, French, and Romanian.
