CartonFile is an unbox-evidence kit for USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Follow a carrier-specific shot list. Export photos, claim text, and a cover PDF. We prepare files. You file. The carrier decides. WHEN A PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE Claim windows are short. Each carrier asks for different proof. A generic camera roll is easy to get wrong: missing the label, the outer carton, inner packing, or proof of value. CartonFile turns that into a guided list. You choose the carrier and the problem, shoot or import each required photo, add the tracking number, then export materials you can upload yourself. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx — each list is different. 2. Choose the issue: Damaged, Missing items, Empty box, or Wrong item. 3. Capture each shot, or pick existing unboxing photos from Photos. 4. Add tracking, the delivery date, and a short loss note. UPS also asks for outer-box dimensions. 5. Preview the ordered photos and edit the English claim text. 6. Export: save photos to Photos, copy the text, and save a one-page cover PDF. 7. File the claim on the carrier’s site or by the method they publish.
