About
How much will I have in six months? MoneyPlan is built to answer that one question. It doesn't track what you spent yesterday. It takes the money you already know is coming in and going out, the salary, the mortgage, the weekly shop, the insurance, and shows you how your balance moves month by month until the plan ends. A plan covers whatever period you choose. A year, eighteen months, as far ahead as you need. There are four sections. Income and Expenses are the money that comes and goes regularly. Cash is what you have right now, the figure the whole calculation starts from. Extra is the money you might spend: the maybes, the ones you haven't decided on. The chart follows your balance day by day and draws two lines, one with the Extras and one without. When the two pull apart, you are looking at what saying yes to everything would cost you. The monthly table puts the same calculation in rows: income, expenses, extras and the closing balance for every month. Analytics compares the months across the year. Your data stays on your device. If you use more than one Apple device it syncs through your own private iCloud. Nothing reaches us. The free version goes up to three plans. MoneyPlan Pro lets you bring in the past: the years you already typed into a spreadsheet go into the app instead of being keyed in again. And the number of plans stops being limited. You buy it once. It is not a subscription.Read more
