About
MADSET is a serious training log for people who actually track their lifts — with a personal program builder that turns a short questionnaire into a plan. Answer a few questions — goal, training days, experience, session length, injuries to work around, muscles to focus — and MADSET builds ranked training plans with the reasoning written under every choice. Pick one, edit anything, and start. Or skip all of it and just track your own workouts: adding your own exercises takes seconds, and nothing is locked behind the plan. Log every set with weight and reps in seconds. Your last session's numbers are already filled in — beat them. A personal-record marker fires the moment a set beats your all-time best, computed as estimated one-rep max, not just raw weight. The rest timer lives on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: a countdown that keeps running with your phone locked, showing which set is next and what to load. When rest ends, it tells you to go. Your training week runs Saturday to Friday. Every past week stays open — review it, correct it, and see exactly what you lifted, when. Progress charts track each exercise's estimated one-rep max over time and list the dates your numbers actually moved. Body data stays yours. InBody results can be typed in or scanned with the camera — recognition happens on this device, and the photo never leaves it. Sleep, resting heart rate and weight can be read from Apple Health; MADSET never writes to Health. WHOOP is optional. If you have a WHOOP membership and band, you can connect it to bring recovery, sleep and strain into MADSET alongside your training. It requires a MADSET account because MADSET's server holds the WHOOP connection on your behalf, and it is not required to use anything else in the app. Sign in with Apple is optional too — MADSET works fully without an account, and your training stays on this iPhone. Signing in adds an encrypted backup you can restore on a new iPhone, and unlocks the WHOOP connection. MADSET encrypts eligible Health, InBody, recovery, cardio, workout-physiology and training history on the iPhone before Health Vault backup. The service can derive the account key, so this is not described as zero-knowledge or end-to-end encryption. No cross-app tracking or third-party ads. Fully bilingual: English and Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout. Your optional account profile can include a name, photo and birthday, saved with signed-in backup. MADSET update messages and news or offers are optional, with separate controls in Settings.Read more

Log every set with weight and reps in seconds. Your last session's numbers are
already filled in — beat them. A personal-record marker fires the moment a set
beats your all-time best, computed as estimated one-rep max, not just raw
weight.
