MediAlarm+

MediAlarm+ uses iPhone alarms—not ordinary notifications—to bring your medication doses to your attention. Unlike a standard reminder notification, MediAlarm+ schedules a prominent medication alarm. As supported by iOS, alarms can get your attention even when Silent mode or a Focus is active. An alarm is only the start. Silencing it never automatically marks a dose as taken. Open MediAlarm+ and choose the outcome that reflects what happened: Taken, Remind Me Later, Took Outside App, or Skipped. Features include: • Set recurring schedules for daily times, selected weekdays, or every number of days or weeks. • Receive scheduled medication alarms and manage due or overdue doses from Today. • Record each medicine individually, even when several medicines are due at the same time. • Add, edit, pause, resume, or delete medicine schedules. • View what needs attention from a Home Screen widget. • Protect app content with optional device authentication. • Keep medicine names, schedules, and dose records on your iPhone—no account or cloud sync required.
