About
One question at the end of the day: did you behave? Tap Behaved and you're done. Tap Misbehaved and you pick what went wrong — a drink, a late takeout, a missed protein target, whatever your own list says. Did something above an ordinary day? Log that too. FOUR TIERS, NOT TWO A day with a slip is Misbehaved. A clean day is Behaved. A clean day with something extra is Overachieved, and two extras makes it Untouchable. The rating is worked out from what you logged and never stored, so it cannot drift away from the record underneath it. YOUR TAGS, NOT OURS The app ships with a starting set and expects you to replace it. Rename the tiers, add your own tags, retire the ones that stopped mattering. Retiring a tag keeps every day it was logged on exactly as it was; deleting one removes it from those days too, and the app tells you how many first. FASTING A timer that shows which stage your body is in, with a colour that warms as the hours pass and a bonus at sixteen hours. Start times are editable, because the timer doesn't always get started on time. APPLE HEALTH, AS EVIDENCE Steps, exercise minutes, workouts, sleep, weight and energy sit beside each entry. Health only ever suggests: a bonus is never counted without your tap. Behave reads from Health and never writes anything back. EXTRA BURN After about a week, the app stops using a textbook number and compares each day against your own recent median instead — then tells you what the surplus is worth. A croissant, or a few grams of fat. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTS What tripped you up most often, how the days landed, energy against your own baseline, and a short written summary. Every figure is computed by the app itself. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence the English wording is drafted on-device, and it is not allowed to state a number at all — the charts carry those exactly. SIX LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, switched inside the app rather than by changing your phone. Your own tag names stay exactly as you wrote them. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is no sign-up and no backend. Your log lives on your iPhone and mirrors into your own private iCloud, which nobody else — including whoever wrote this app — can read. Export the lot as JSON or CSV whenever you want; it is your record, and it stays readable without this app. A LETTER TO YOUR FUTURE SELF Write one while things are going well. If several days go badly in a row, Behave puts it back in front of you — with the date you wrote it and the run you were on at the time — and sends a reminder the next day, while that day is still open. It stays on this phone, and the reminder never quotes it. RUN / WALK INTERVALS Run a minute, walk ten, repeat. The chimes are scheduled notifications, so they reach you with the screen off and the phone in a pocket, and they duck your music instead of stopping it. No ad networks. No analytics. No tracking. The only thing the app promotes is the developer's own handful of apps, at the foot of the report. Behave or Misbehave is a journal, not a medical device, and offers no medical advice.Read more
One question at the end of the day: did you behave?
Tap Behaved and you're done. Tap Misbehaved and you pick what went wrong — a drink, a late takeout, a missed protein target, whatever your own list says. Did something above an ordinary day? Log that too.
FOUR TIERS, NOT TWO
A day with a slip is Misbehaved. A clean day is Behaved. A clean day with something extra is Overachieved, and two extras makes it Untouchable. The rating is worked out from what you logged and never stored, so it cannot drift away from the record underneath it.
YOUR TAGS, NOT OURS
The app ships with a starting set and expects you to replace it. Rename the tiers, add your own tags, retire the ones that stopped mattering. Retiring a tag keeps every day it was logged on exactly as it was; deleting one removes it from those days too, and the app tells you how many first.
FASTING
A timer that shows which stage your body is in, with a colour that warms as the hours pass and a bonus at sixteen hours. Start times are editable, because the timer doesn't always get started on time.
APPLE HEALTH, AS EVIDENCE
Steps, exercise minutes, workouts, sleep, weight and energy sit beside each entry. Health only ever suggests: a bonus is never counted without your tap. Behave reads from Health and never writes anything back.
EXTRA BURN
After about a week, the app stops using a textbook number and compares each day against your own recent median instead — then tells you what the surplus is worth. A croissant, or a few grams of fat.
WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTS
What tripped you up most often, how the days landed, energy against your own baseline, and a short written summary. Every figure is computed by the app itself. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence the English wording is drafted on-device, and it is not allowed to state a number at all — the charts carry those exactly.
SIX LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, switched inside the app rather than by changing your phone. Your own tag names stay exactly as you wrote them.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
There is no sign-up and no backend. Your log lives on your iPhone and mirrors into your own private iCloud, which nobody else — including whoever wrote this app — can read. Export the lot as JSON or CSV whenever you want; it is your record, and it stays readable without this app.
A LETTER TO YOUR FUTURE SELF
Write one while things are going well. If several days go badly in a row, Behave puts it back in front of you — with the date you wrote it and the run you were on at the time — and sends a reminder the next day, while that day is still open. It stays on this phone, and the reminder never quotes it.
RUN / WALK INTERVALS
Run a minute, walk ten, repeat. The chimes are scheduled notifications, so they reach you with the screen off and the phone in a pocket, and they duck your music instead of stopping it.
No ad networks. No analytics. No tracking. The only thing the app promotes is the developer's own handful of apps, at the foot of the report.
Behave or Misbehave is a journal, not a medical device, and offers no medical advice.
Versions
- Version 1.4First seen · 28 Sept 2026
• Your stickers, your letter to your future self and your settings now back up to your own iCloud with the rest of your log — a reinstall or a new iPhone brings them all back. • Trips: mark the day you leave and the day you're back — dates only, no location — and the Report compares days away with days at home. • The Report has a Year view, so what cost you the most days stays visible after a clean month. • A clean period now says so, instead of the slip chart disappearing. • A new app icon.
