Forward your mobile to it when you're up a ladder, under a sink, driving, or stood in front of a customer — and Rosa picks up in your business name instead of your voicemail. That is not a setting you can switch off. The people ringing you have a right to know who they are talking to, and in the UK that is the law rather than a preference. Before Rosa answers a single call, the app shows you every company involved in handling it and exactly what each one receives. You can withdraw that permission whenever you like, and Rosa stops answering. Every plan has the same features and unlimited talk time. They differ only in how many calls are included. An answered call means a call Rosa picks up and holds a conversation on for 20 seconds or more. Calls under 20 seconds and calls detected as spam do not count. There is no per-minute charge and no overage charge — if you reach your monthly allowance Rosa carries on answering and takes a message, and the allowance resets at the start of each billing month. Rosa Starter starts with a 3-day free trial and Rosa Pro with a 7-day free trial. The trial is one per Apple Account across all plans. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
