Did I actually take it? DoseState is a medication reminder and pill tracker that remembers what you confirmed, and what you didn't. Record a dose when you take it, keep Unsure when you cannot remember, and check your history later. Record what you know • Confirm a completed dose or mark Unsure without guessing. • Keep starting and confirming separate: starting a dose never marks it as taken. • For scheduled doses with several steps, record each unit separately. Plan your medication routine • Set schedules for medications, vitamins and supplements. • See doses that need attention and what comes next. • Set scheduled reminders, snooze them and choose how much detail appears on your lock screen. Reminders depend on notification permissions and device settings. You can still record doses and review history when notifications are off. Look back at a clear record • Review dose records and times in your medication history. • Correct a record while keeping its change history. • Export your history as a PDF when you choose to share it. Log as-needed medication Record quantity, date, time and whether you are certain, separately from scheduled doses. As-needed-only medication has no dose reminders. The app does not tell you whether or when to take another dose. Private, without an account Your medication record is stored on your device. No account, ads, analytics or DoseState cloud sync. You choose whether to export and share your history. DoseState records what you enter; it does not independently verify that medication was taken or provide medical advice.
