Snooze once and the morning is gone. RiseProof is the alarm clock for heavy sleepers that does not stop at "off": it keeps coming back until you prove you are up. Do your press-ups. Photograph your made bed. Solve a puzzle your half-asleep brain cannot fake. Then the alarm goes quiet. WHY IT WORKS • Real iOS alarms: RiseProof uses Apple's AlarmKit, so your alarm rings through Silent mode and Focus. • No escape by swiping: dismiss the alarm before your mission is done and it rings again about 30 seconds later. • Always safe: a deliberate hold-to-confirm emergency exit is there for the mornings you genuinely cannot. 16 WAKE-UP MISSIONS Movement: press-ups, squats, jumping jacks or a 10-second dance, counted by your camera. Prop the phone up; front or side view both work. Photo: your made bed, the bathroom, your shoes, a glass of water, a plant, your pet, the sky or grass outside. Mind: colour Stroop test, memory code, multi-step maths, or a mix of all three. Choose one or several per alarm and RiseProof picks at random, so you cannot prepare for it in your sleep.
