About

Beeline watches the traffic on the roads you actually drive, for a window around the time you actually leave, and tells you when the road turns. Not a map you have to open and stare at. A message that arrives while you are still making coffee. HOW IT WORKS Set up the drive you take — the roads, the stop you make on the way, the time you usually go. Beeline opens a watch window around that departure and prices your actual route every few minutes while it is open. When the drive gets meaningfully worse, it says so, and it says by how much, against what that road usually does at that hour. A Lock Screen card holds the current number while the window is open, so you can look without unlocking anything. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO It will not navigate, and it will not reroute you around a corner you already know. It will not tell you the road is fine: silence means nothing has changed, and a warning is the only thing worth interrupting you for. It does not guess at typical traffic from a model. It buys a real reading of your real road. FREE AND PAID Everything is on for the first two weeks. After that, alerts, the Lock Screen card, every route you have saved and every map link keep working exactly as they did — what shrinks is how long Beeline keeps watching, from two hours a day to thirty minutes. Nothing you set up is rewritten or taken away. Long Watch opens it back to two hours, which is enough to catch a jam that starts an hour before you were thinking about leaving. Why it costs anything: a watch is not a timer. Every few minutes an open window buys a fresh reading of the traffic on your road, from a service that charges for each one. Half an hour of that a day is something that can be given away. Two hours is not. SUBSCRIPTION Long Watch is an auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 per month. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
