Every day of your cycle is a petal. Tap one to say you bled — that is the whole gesture. The flower keeps growing while the cycle runs on, and starts again when your next period does. There is nothing to sign up for. Daisy is a period tracker and menstrual cycle tracker that keeps everything on your phone. ONE TAP A DAY • Tap a petal to record a bleeding day. • Hold it for the rest of the day: flow, discharge, symptoms, mood, energy, intimacy and a private note — one sheet, no menus. • A second tap takes it back. Nothing you write here is final. • Add symptoms in your own words, and hide the ones you never use. WHAT YOUR CYCLE IS DOING • Your next period and your fertile window, shown as a window rather than a date pretending to be certain. • The months after that one, cycle by cycle, for booking a trip or an exam. • Menstrual, follicular, ovulation and luteal phases, in colour, on the flower itself. • One thing worth knowing each day — a nudge, never a prescription. • A month grid made of the same petals, so the cycles from before you installed Daisy go in in minutes. • Every cycle you have finished, kept as its own flower. A long cycle grew a bigger one, so you can see how even yours have been. YOUR NUMBERS, COUNTED — NOT GUESSED • Average cycle length, average bleeding days, shortest, longest, regularity and your usual range. • Patterns: which symptoms tend to turn up in which phase, counted from your own entries. Daisy will watch one for you and say so when the phase returns. • Your year read back as a whole, once you have one. • Observations that read your records back to you. They never name a condition and never tell you what to do about it. REMINDERS THAT DO NOT ANNOUNCE YOU • Period, fertile window, daily check-in, medication and appointments. • Discreet reminders are on by default: your lock screen says only that something is waiting, never what it is about. • A Home Screen widget with the same manners — today's petal, or the day number and nothing else. • Medication you take daily, with a name only if you want one. Leave it blank and nothing on your phone names what you take. PRIVACY, SAID PLAINLY • No account. Nothing to sign in to, and nothing to delete from a server later. • Your cycle, your logs and your notes stay on this device. Daisy never sends any of them to a server. • An app lock: The settings screen tells you exactly what that does and does not protect. • An encrypted backup, made only when you ask for one, saved wherever you choose to put it. FOR AN APPOINTMENT • A PDF summary: cycle lengths, bleeding days, how often each symptom came up, and the observations. • Your notes are deliberately left out of it. So is anything you logged about intimacy. WHAT STAYS YOURS Daisy is free to use, and some of what you have read above is Premium — Whichever you choose, nothing you have written down is ever hidden, narrowed or deleted: not when a subscription ends, not ever. PREMIUM Premium is either a yearly subscription that renews until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings, or a one time purchase that never renews. Both unlock the same thing: the rest of the day sheet — symptoms, mood, energy and intimacy, and symptoms in your own words — the months ahead, patterns Daisy follows for you, the full year of the appointment summary, and every flower.
