Ambly is a pocket creature that grows on the exercise you actually do. Your steps and workouts from Apple Health are what make it grow. Every creature is generated from its own seed, so its colour, build, eyes, ears, tail and name are yours alone — no two people get the same one. It lives where you already look Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, the Dynamic Island while you move, and your Apple Watch face. You don't have to open the app for it to grow.
