There's no server and no account, so there's nowhere to send them. Open the app and today's grid is already laid out. No sign-up, no login. The paper brain sheet folded into your tunic pocket, rebuilt for your phone. Start of shift Pick your ward, whether it's an early, a late or a night, and how many patients you're looking after. The grid lays itself out. During the shift Bed, initials, resuscitation status, allergies, things to watch for. Drugs and jobs sit on a timeline and "right now" stays at the top. One tap ticks it off. Notes and bloods go in with gloves on, in the corridor, in ten seconds. Handover Every patient in SBAR order, one screen each, swipe for the next. It's a prompt for what you say out loud, not a document. That's why there's no export, no PDF, no printing and no sharing anywhere in the app. End of shift Press Shred and the sheet tears apart while the data is deleted on the spot. Forget, and it shreds itself once your shift has been over long enough, before anyone opens the app again. Built so there's nothing to leak There's no field for a full name, a date of birth or a hospital number. A bed number and initials are enough. Sheets are stored outside your iCloud backup, hidden in the app switcher and can be locked with Face ID. Works with no signal, no wi-fi and no login. This is a personal note-taking tool. It's not a medical device, not an electronic patient record and not a charting system, and it gives no help with diagnosis or medication decisions.
