Sprout is a gentle virtual pet driven by your real life. Pick one of six elemental co-workers — a mossy Leaf with a lanyard badge, a droopy Water droplet that never puts its coffee down, a snaggle-toothed Fire dragon in a loosened tie, a deadpan Earth boulder in round glasses, a puffy Sky pterodactyl in a bow tie, or a nervous Ghost that haunts the break room. Then live your day and log it: • Steps raise its Fitness • Meals raise Nutrition (favourite foods grow it faster; overfeeding leaves it stuffed) • Water raises Hydration • Screen time is the honest one: your first 20 minutes a day are free, doomscrolling past that drains its Mind, creative screen time is neutral, and a phone-down Focus session heals it Those four pillars average into one Health score, and your critter's face tells you how you're doing at a glance — toothy grin, drool, tongue out, snot bubble, spiral eyes. It sleeps at night (better after a scroll-free evening), needs the odd bath, and evolves from egg to Guardian, growing athletic or cozy depending on how you care for it.
