How it works Wear your Apple Watch briefly on any day to initialize your daily totals — even a quick morning walk counts. Then train with your GPS watch as long and hard as you want. RingBridge automatically reads your GPS watch's workouts from Apple Health (synced there by its companion app) and writes the active energy, steps, and distance to Health, every five minutes in the background.
