CMinLink is the field companion to CMinLink, the referral platform churches and ministries use to connect people with non-emergency community services. It is built for the person doing the work: the staff member or volunteer sitting across from someone who needs housing, food, clothing, medical care, legal aid, or another local service. Instead of walking back to a desk, you have the whole directory and the whole record in your hand. WHAT YOU CAN DO Ask the assistant Describe the situation in your own words — or speak it — and get service suggestions drawn from your church's own directory. Not a general web search: the organizations your ministry has vetted, with current hours and contact details. Search the directory Browse every service your church tracks, filtered by category. See what is open right now, how far away it is, and call, map, or email a provider in one tap. Log a referral Record where you sent someone and why, while it is still fresh. It appears immediately for the rest of your team on the web. Keep client records Look up someone your ministry has helped before, see their referral history, and add a photo or a note so the next person is not starting from nothing. File an incident Record what happened, with the detail your front desk needs, from wherever it happened. See where things stand A dashboard of your ministry's recent referral activity. WHO IT IS FOR CMinLink Mobile requires a CMinLink subscription and an account issued by your church's administrator. It is not a public service directory, and it will not work without an account. NOT FOR EMERGENCIES CMinLink does not summon help and is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call 911. PRIVACY The app records information about real people in difficult circumstances, and it treats that seriously. It does not read your location, contains no advertising or analytics, and never tracks you across other apps.
