Daily Health turns the numbers already in Apple Health into one clear picture of where your weight is heading. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See what you've eaten against what you've burned, and where you'll land by midnight. The projection uses your own resting burn, so you know early whether the day is on track. A WEIGHT ESTIMATE THAT DOESN'T BOUNCE The scale jumps around with water and food. Daily Health also estimates your weight from calories in and calories out, which moves steadily every day. See both on one chart, with a smoothed trend line through your weigh-ins. GOALS WITH HONEST PACING Set a starting weight, a goal, and a date. You get percent complete by scale and by estimate, whether you're ahead of or behind a straight line to your goal, the rate you need versus the rate you're achieving, and a projected finish date. A built-in planner turns your pace into a daily calorie number. Finished goals are saved so you can look back. DAILY BALANCE A bar for every day: deficit or surplus, in calories or in pounds, daily or as a running total, over any date range. Tap a day to see exactly what went in and out. Forgot to log a meal? Correct that day by hand. SLEEP SCORE Last night scored out of 100 for duration, bedtime consistency, and interruptions, with sleep stages and a two-week history. WIDGETS Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your goal, calorie balance, weight trend, and more. They refresh on their own. DO IT TOGETHER Create a private group with people you invite. Everyone sets their own goal, and standings rank by percent of your own goal so different targets compete fairly. See each other's progress, chat, and cheer each other on. You choose whether your actual weight is shown. Report and block tools are built in. EVERY NUMBER IS ADJUSTABLE Calories per pound, a burn adjustment if your watch runs high, how unlogged days are treated, sleep scoring weights. A calibration tool compares your scale with the estimate and suggests the adjustment that makes them agree. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your Health data stays on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded unless you join a group, and then only the daily summary you see in the app. No ads, no tracking, no account needed to use the app. Food is read from Apple Health, so log meals in any app that shares with Health, such as MyFitnessPal.
