INVITE YOUR PARTICIPANTS Each group receives a six-character invitation code. Share it on WhatsApp in one tap: those with the app join the group directly. And for others, there's no problem. The treasurer can add someone who doesn't have the app to the list and record their contributions on their behalf. No one is left out. EACH CONTRIBUTION IS DECLARED AND THEN VALIDATED A member declares the amount they contributed, the date, and the method used: Airtel Money, Moov Money, cash, or bank transfer. They can attach a photo of the receipt or a screenshot of their transaction. The treasurer reviews the declaration, verifies the supporting documents, and approves it.
