AssembleLine helps furniture workshops track every piece from raw board to finished build. Open a work order for each piece, set its material, quantity, station and due date, then move it through the production stages of cutting, edge banding, drilling, sanding, finishing and assembly. A live distribution bar shows how many pieces are queued, in progress and done, while the pipeline strip counts pieces waiting at each stage. Tap any order to view its full detail, edit fields, attach a piece photo, mark a bay location, or remove it. The insights view charts orders by stage, status and material and flags rush and overdue jobs. A built-in estimator turns board feet, material rate, labor hours and shop rate into a build cost and lead time, and saves reusable quotes.
