Rallo runs the season for your team or club. Plan training and matches, see who's coming and message your team. Everything in one place, for the club, the coach and the parents. Rallo is free. PLANNING Plan a one-off activity or a whole series: every week, every other week or every month. Change one training or the whole series at once. Invite the whole group or just a subgroup, and add a separate meeting time. ANSWERING One tap to say whether you're coming. When the group is full, the first person on the waiting list moves up as soon as someone drops out. Parents can answer for their child. AVAILABILITY Put a few dates forward and ask who can make it. Then pick the best date and turn it into an activity with one tap. MESSAGES Chat with the whole group, one-to-one or with the staff only. Coaches from different teams can start a conversation together. DUTIES Driving, bar duty, setting up, tidying away. Set the duties up once and they come back at every training. ATTENDANCE Record who actually turned up, right after training or days later. See how often each member was there and download the figures as CSV. HANDY EVERY WEEK • Join with a link, a code or a QR code • Connect Rallo to the calendar on your phone • See straight away when two of your child's activities clash • Import your member list from a CSV file and your fixtures from an .ics file SAFE FOR YOUNG MEMBERS The club decides from what age members may message each other privately. Parents can read their child's conversations, and everyone in the conversation can see that. Ask for consent for photos, medical details or transport. Admins see in an audit log who did what. FOR BIG CLUBS TOO Split your club into subgroups with their own admin, create roles like team manager or treasurer, and add your own member fields, such as an emergency contact. Rallo works for every sport, in Dutch and English.
