Papilune

Papilune is a sleep sound app that asks nothing of you. No subscription. No account. No internet. Pay once and it is yours. TWELVE SOUNDSCAPES Soft piano, distant air, singing bowls, music box, harp, kalimba. Each one loops seamlessly, so you never hear where it starts. SEVEN LAYERS TO MIX Rain, waves, deep tone, wind, warmth, embers, chimes. Pick a preset, or build your own and save it. A single Balance control tilts the mix toward the music or toward the background. IT FADES OUT ON ITS OWN 30 minutes, an hour, two hours, or all night. Papilune eases the music back over the last 30 seconds, minute, or three minutes, so nothing ever changes abruptly. A SLOW WIND-DOWN The first time you press play, Papilune opens with a quiet scene lasting about a minute. Then it steps aside. ONE REMINDER, IF YOU WANT ONE Set a time and Papilune will nudge you once to start winding down. It is the only notification it will ever send. MADE FOR THE DARK The interface dims itself and goes dark, because the screen is a light source. Sound keeps playing with the screen off, and the controls are on your Lock Screen. IF YOUR HEADPHONES COME OUT Papilune stops immediately instead of playing out loud. It is the one thing a sleep app should never get wrong. WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE Papilune makes no network requests at all. Everything is inside the app, music included. COLLECTS NOTHING No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
