About

BillDrop AI is invoicing for freelancers who do the work and the billing themselves. Build an estimate standing on site, mark it accepted when the client agrees, and convert it into a numbered invoice without re-typing a line. Saved clients, saved line items and saved tax rates make a complete, branded document a sixty-second job, with every total calculated rather than typed and the whole arithmetic shown. What makes BillDrop different is that it learns how each client actually pays. After three settled invoices it knows that client's own rhythm — how long they really take, and how much that varies — and uses it three ways: the home screen shows what should land in the next fourteen days rather than a flat due date, an invoice goes quiet only when it passes how THAT client normally pays, and the follow-up message is drafted at the right firmness for you to read and send. Below three settled invoices it says so and uses your agreed terms instead, rather than inventing an average. Also inside: a document numbering sequence that stays explainable, with voided numbers kept in place and a gap scan; part payments that reduce the balance and re-project the rest; a client ledger with every document ever raised; and a CSV export for your accountant. BillDrop is not an accounting suite. There is no general ledger, no payroll, no expenses and no bank feeds, and it gives no tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. Free accounts issue three invoices a calendar month; estimates, drafts and voided documents do not count, and everything already in your book stays usable. BillDrop Pro lifts the cap and adds the written follow-ups, your branding on the document and the full client ledger.
