Not On My Shift: Idle Tycoon

You start with one coffee cart and a pair of hands. Every cup is a tap. Then you hire someone. Customers keep getting served without you. You buy a better grinder, open a second branch, and one morning you notice you haven't touched the counter in a week. That is the whole game: work yourself out of a job, one floor at a time. One building, floor by floor. Each floor is a different trade you choose and name yourself — coffee, a barber's, a bakery, a tech store. Its branches open on the high street, in the shopping centre, by the sea. Step into a new sector and you are in a new business — empty, waiting, yours to build from nothing. Your shop, your face. Make your own character, pick the sign that hangs over every branch and give each one its own design. Every design brings a small edge of its own. Rules that pay you. Open the head office, hire a manager, and set standing rules: keep hiring, keep upgrading, keep opening units. Set none and you still run at full speed — you just do the work yourself. Every rule you set adds efficiency on top of that. Sell a grown business. When a floor is finished — full crew, every upgrade, every unit — a buyer turns up. Selling gives you three things at once: a great deal of cash, a permanent multiplier on everything you will ever own, and the floor itself, which keeps paying rent with your name still on the door. When every floor is grown, the holding goes public. Then there is another empty shop across town, and your points come with you. Make the papers. Your company's value is everything it has ever earned. Publish it in the paper and see where you stand among the hundred most valuable companies. Spending never lowers it — nothing you have built ever shrinks. It works while you are closed. The store room fills up while the app is shut. Come back to whatever it collected, and make it bigger if you like. The rewards are optional. Watch a short ad to double what piled up while you were away, run ×3 for fifteen minutes, or take five minutes of earnings at once. Skip them all and nothing is taken from you.
