Auxesis is a daily breath canvas. A ring is one breath round. Seven rings seal the day. • Hold the circle, then swipe a span so today's rings can grow. • Start round files the next ring. Long press sets your own pace. • Swipe a span between one and ten minutes. Release to begin Inhale, Hold, and Exhale. • End round stops a cycle that is already underway. • Rings only grow. Each swipe must last as long as the ring outside it. • Seven rings seal the day. After the seventh, the canvas stays read only. • Practices lists sealed and partial days, each ring span, and a Day total. • Stats shows Sealed days, Filed rings, Longest span, Consecutive days, and Rings this month. • Settings includes Contact Auxesis, How rings ascend, Replay onboarding, Reset all data, and Haptics. Rings stay on this device.
