HOW YOUR ORDER REACHES YOU • Browse and fill your cart without an account, and sign in when you check out. • Choose your town at checkout and the delivery fee is shown before you place the order. • We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before it ships. • Delivery in 2–5 working days to hundreds of towns and villages across the West Bank, Jerusalem and Israel. • The courier calls before arriving, and you pay in cash on delivery. Nothing is paid online, and the app never asks for card or bank details. • Return anything unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery. IN THE APP • Search in your own language, with your recent searches kept, and sort results by newest, price or best-selling. • Departments laid out in pictures: pick a department, then the category you want. • Tap the heart to save a product and come back to it later. • What you viewed recently waits for you on the home screen. • Share any product as a link with family and friends. • Follow every order from Pending to Delivered; its status updates on screen as it changes. • Message us on WhatsApp straight from the app. • Three languages: Arabic, Hebrew and English. Choose yours the first time you open the app, and change it any time from your account. • Light or dark appearance, or the same as your phone.
