About
A steampunk bubble-shooter roguelike. Load. Match. Climb. The Copper City looks up. The tower above it never stops turning. You climb it with a cannon. Load a gear. Match its color to what leans over the board. Fire. Some gears fall away. Some do not. The tower drops another row into your face. Every match is a coin the tower pays. Every miss is a step it takes down. When the ceiling reaches your shot, the run is over. There is no second run. There is the score you took. THE ASCENT The tower is not fair. It never was. Each climb starts with the same cannon and a different bad hand. Between rounds a machinist offers you tools — a colder kiln, a wilder gear, a stolen governor, a keg. You take one. It changes shape as you take it again. By Mk. V it stops being a tool and becomes a promise. Play the tower with what you have. It never gives what you asked for. WHAT IS INSIDE One run, one score. The tower keeps no receipts. You keep no continues. Draft mutations mid-climb. Nine blueprints, five ranks each — every one you level bends the loop harder in one direction. Chain into Frenzy. Land the right sequence and the furnace door welds open — points come out white-hot until the door closes again. Bank shots for coin. Bumpers pay. Oiled bumpers pay more. Every kiss of the wall rings. Endless, Daily, Practice. Same rules. Different boards. A Game Center leaderboard for Endless, and a fresh one for every day's Daily Challenge. Built for touch. Drag to aim, lift to fire. Every pop lands in your hand. THE RANKS The end-of-run screen calls you what your climb earned. Soot Greeter, if you barely started. Grand Artificer, if you reached the top of the tower and it did not reach you first. The others are between. Nobody has to know the name you earned. You know.
