Keep the expenses of each trip in one place, and see at a glance where the money went. ■ Organised by trip, then by day Create a trip and you get "Before the trip" plus Day 1 through the last day, ready to fill in. Flights and hotels go before you leave; everything else goes on the day it happened. ■ Enter the local amount as you saw it Type yen, dong or euros exactly as printed, and the converted amount is kept alongside. The exchange rate at the moment you record an expense is stored with it, so later rate changes never move the numbers of a trip you already took. You can also correct the rate yourself — the figure on your card statement is often better. ■ No connection needed Everything is stored on your device. On the plane, or with roaming switched off, it just works. ■ iCloud keeps your devices together There is no sign-in screen. It uses the Apple Account already on your device, so a new phone — or deleting and reinstalling the app — brings your records back on its own. ■ Back up where you like Device, iCloud Drive or Google Drive, on the interval you choose. Backup files are human-readable, so you can open one yourself if you ever want to. ■ Statistics See what you spent by category, by day, by payment method and by currency. Exclude an item and the totals recalculate, so "what would it have been without the flights" takes one tap. ■ Share costs with your travel companions Note who paid and who shared each expense. When the trip ends, you see straight away who owes whom, and how much. Group the people who share a wallet, like your family, as "Us" to see only what you actually spent. ■ Home Screen widget Shows the days until your next trip, or which day of the trip you're on, and opens today's expense entry with one tap. ■ A currency calculator Built in, for working out a price quickly while you are standing in the shop.
