Every dividend date in Divara comes from the company's own filing. Nothing is estimated. Most dividend apps buy their dates from a data feed and fill the gaps with a guess. When the guess is wrong, your calendar is wrong. Divara reads the filing itself — SEC EDGAR for US-listed companies, KAP for Borsa Istanbul — and if a company has not announced a date yet, it says so. Does cash flow cover the dividend (operating cash flow less capital spending) 2. Does profit cover the dividend (payout ratio) 3. Debt level and current ratio 4. Has the dividend per share been cut in the last five years (needs three years of filings; on Borsa Istanbul KAP gives two, so this check is marked unmeasured rather than passed) 5. Direction of return on assets and gross margin You see "4 of 5 checks passed" and the name of the check that failed — not a letter grade that hides the reason. WHAT IS COVERED US-listed companies, including REITs, and Borsa Istanbul. London-listed shares are NOT covered, and neither are ETFs or other exchanges. Divara shows no live prices and no market value, and does not connect to a broker. NO ACCOUNT There is nothing to sign in to. Your holdings stay on the device and are never sent to us.
