The minesweeper you remember from old computers. Grey buttons, a blue title bar, red LED counters — the look and the bleeps are the way they were. ■ How to play Tap a square to open it. A number tells you how many mines touch that square. Hold a square to plant a flag. Open every square that is not a mine and you win. ■ Six difficulties • Novice 8×8 8 mines • Beginner 9×9 10 mines • Intermediate 16×16 40 mines • Expert 30×16 99 mines • Master 30×20 130–150 mines • Custom choose your own rows, columns and mines ■ No Guessing mode In ordinary minesweeper you sometimes reach a point where two squares look exactly the same and you simply have to guess. This mode only builds boards where that never happens. Every board can be finished by logic alone. ■ Your own records For each difficulty the game keeps your games played, wins, win rate and best time. Normal mode and No Guessing mode are recorded separately. ■ One more chance Step on a mine and you can watch a short video to carry on: the mine you hit is flagged and the game continues. A game where you used a continue is not added to your records or the ranking. Watching is always your choice. ■ Stop any time Close the app in the middle of a game and you can pick it up where you left off. ■ Settings you can change • Sound effects on or off • Vibration on or off • Hold time for planting a flag (0.20–1.00 seconds) • Swap tap and hold • Use ? marks • Language: Japanese, English, or follow your phone ■ Your records stay on your phone Your records are stored on your device only. They are never sent to our servers, and there is no account to create. The app only goes online to show ads and for the ranking, so the game itself is fully playable with no signal at all. ■ Ranking Sign in to Game Center to compare your best times with other players, for each difficulty. You can play everything without signing in.
