OpenMat — staff scheduling and operations, built for gyms OpenMat is the staff-side companion app for gyms already running on the OpenMat platform. It's built for coaches, managers, and owners who need to see their schedule, manage staffing, and keep the team's paperwork moving — from a phone. What you can do: • Today — see your classes for the day, outstanding staffing action items, and your hours for the current pay period, all in one view. • Rota — check who's coaching each session at your location, and, if you're authorised, update the primary coach or assistants for a session. • Schedule — a clear, day-by-day timetable of classes and their staffing and demand status. • Operations — one queue for staffing coverage requests, open vacancy claims, and time-off requests for your location. • Timecards — view and submit your timesheet for the current payroll period, with previous and next period navigation. • Announcements — read team announcements from your organisation. • Documents — view, download, and sign documents shared by your organisation. OpenMat accounts are set up by your gym's administrators — there is no public sign-up in this app. Ask your gym's admin for an invite to get started. Questions or need help?
