Smart Step GPS lets parents follow their child's school bus in real time and see exactly when they were picked up and dropped off. FOR PARENTS • Live bus location on a map, with speed and estimated arrival • A record of every pick-up and drop-off, marked by the bus monitor • Monthly attendance history for each child • Submit leave and absence notices in advance • School announcements in one place FOR BUS MONITORS AND DRIVERS • The student list for your assigned bus • Mark Pick Up, Drop Off, Absent, On Leave, or By Parents (BP) • Separate morning and afternoon shifts Bus positions come from a GPS tracking device fitted to the vehicle, not from anyone's phone. The app asks for your location only to show where you are in relation to the bus and the stop; that position stays on your phone and is never sent to our servers. Smart Step GPS is provided to parents and school staff by arrangement with the school. You will need an account from your school to sign in.
