VoxHealth Staff

VoxHealth Staff is the companion app for dental and medical practices that run their phones on VoxHealth's AI voice agent. It gives front desk staff, office managers and providers a live view of what the agent is doing, and lets them step in from anywhere. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today's huddle: the day's roster at a glance, with who is confirmed, whose insurance is still unverified, and who is new to the practice. • Calls: every call the agent handled, with the recording, a speaker-by-speaker transcript, what the caller wanted and how it ended. • Follow-ups: the calls that still need a person, flagged on the home screen and assignable to a colleague. • Openings: the soonest opening at each office, by visit length, so anyone can answer "when can you see me?" • Intake: the new patient details the agent collected on the phone, and whether the chart was created. • Patients: look up a patient by name, phone or chart number, and see their contact details and their past and upcoming visits. • Staffing: who is working at which office each day, including half days and closures. • Switch between offices in a multi-location practice. Your practice's administrator decides which of these your office uses, so what you see in the app depends on what has been turned on for you. BUILT FOR HEALTHCARE VoxHealth Staff requires a VoxHealth practice account. Sign-in supports multi-factor authentication, sessions are stored in the device keychain, and patient information stays inside your practice's account. VoxHealth signs a Business Associate Agreement with every practice. This app is for practice staff. It is not for patients and does not provide medical advice.
