Hotel Anvelope is the management app for garages and tyre shops that store customers' tyres between seasons. It replaces the notebook, the spreadsheet and the search through the shelves with one simple flow: intake, label, shelf, release. FAST INTAKE Register a set in seconds: customer, licence plate, size, season, condition, tread depth, with or without rims. Attach photos straight from the camera and let the customer sign on screen. LABELS AND QR CODES Every set gets a unique code and a QR label for thermal printers or A4 sheets. When the customer returns, scan the label and find the set instantly. SHELVES AND LOCATIONS Define your locations and shelves with their real capacity. See at any time how much space is left, where each set is and what will be released next season. CUSTOMERS AND VEHICLES Private customers or companies, with tax number and billing address. Full history for every vehicle: what was stored, when it was released and who handled it. RECEIPTS AND PRICING Storage prices per season, PDF deposit receipts, payment tracking and outstanding balances. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS Automatic e-mail reminders when the season changes or the storage period ends. WORKS OFFLINE Intake and release keep working without internet in the workshop. Data syncs when the connection is back. TEAM AND CONTROL Invite colleagues with different roles, follow the activity log and export all your data to CSV or Excel at any time.
