Q.User

Q.User is the Q.track desk app for staff. Open a counter or office, call the next ticket, and run live attendance from iPhone or Mac. See who is waiting, call again, end, pause or suspend a ticket, and redirect people to another service or desk. Custom call lets you pick a specific ticket. You also get today’s numbers: active desks, tickets waiting, and average wait. Works with your Q.track server. Sign in with your API URL, client ID, and user account, choose the location and desk, then open the counter. Requires a Q.track subscription and network access to your organisation’s server. Q.User for iPhone and Mac — same app, same queue.
