Hub Poker — Live Tournament Workspace Run your poker room floor from a phone or an iPad. Hub Poker is the mobile companion to the Hub Poker tournament platform, designed for Tournament Directors, cashiers, and dealers working the floor. WHAT YOU CAN DO Run today's floor • Dashboard with four live KPIs: tournaments today, in progress, active players, entries today. • "Today's tournaments" list with status filters and pull-to-refresh. Manage tournaments • Tournament list defaults to today + past unfinished, with full-page search and an advanced filter overlay (Club, Series, date range with presets + from/to, deleted/active/all). • "Live" tab filtered to Running, Paused, Registering. • Tournament detail with four tabs: Info, Players, Levels, Buy-ins. • Tournament Clock Control (iPad/phone, portrait or landscape): Start, Pause, Resume, Previous Level, Next Level, Time Adjust, with a 15-second auto-refresh. Create a tournament on the go 7-step wizard: 1. Source — Blank, from a saved template, or copy from a previous tournament. 2. General — Name, description, game variant, format, currency, starting chips, start time, series. 3. Structure — Blind levels with template dropdown. 4. Schedule — Multi-day scheduling: per-day date, start time, expected end, blind start/end level, note. 5. Buy-in — Single or multiple Buy-in, Rebuy, Add-on, Re-entry with per-option packages; Late registration by level, by time, or off. 7. Tables — TV clock countdown and tournament background picker. Players & members • All-members list with search, sort, date range and pagination. • Standalone member profile: avatar, member code, country flag, account balance, VIP tier with progress bar, personal info, identity documents, assigned agent, financial transactions and purchase history. • Tournament player list + tournament player detail with table, seat, stack, payment summary and buy-in breakdown. Floor Map (TD) • Tournament cards with table count, players, level and blinds. • Per-tournament floor view: 2-column seat grid, occupied seats show avatar + name + code + chips, empty seats show "+". • Bottom sheet on each seat: Move, Unseat, Bust. • 4-button clock controls (Start, Pause, Resume, Next Level) on the floor page. Dealer Console • Dealer tournament list with running status. • Table cards with seat count and status. • Table Control (wide layout, iPad/phone): hero turn timer + meta card, players, actions, 20s/30s duration toggle. • Dealer App — fullscreen circular turn timer on a poker-felt dark stage, frosted glass header, seat cards with circular avatars, tap to start/pause/resume, long-press to reset, fullscreen toggle. Search & notifications • Search center with two tabs: Tournaments (with date filter) and Players. Open from the search icon in any AppBar. • Notification inbox with unread badge, polled every 30 seconds, paginated "See more", pull-to-refresh, deep-links to the relevant tournament. Account & settings • Change password, switch language (Vietnamese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese). • Club switcher for multi-club tenants; current club is always shown. • Drawer navigation with permission-gated entries (Search, Dashboard, Tournaments, Players, Floor, Dealer, Settings). BUILT FOR POKER Hub Poker keeps the same poker vocabulary across locales: Buy-in, Rebuy, Add-on, Re-entry, Entries, Players, Blind, Ante, Stack, Chips, Seats, ITM, Bubble, Bounty, Knockout, Late reg, GTD, Prize pool, Payout, Clock, Dealer, Turbo, Hyper, Freezeout, Satellite, Due / Paid / Unpaid. Statuses follow the four product labels: Created, In Progress, Paused, Completed. SECURITY & MULTI-TENANCY JWT authentication (access + refresh), automatic sign-out on 401, tenant scoping via X-Tenant-Id, per-request language header, role-based UI that hides what the user cannot use. REQUIREMENTS • A Hub Poker tenant account with at least one Club. • Network access to your Hub Poker API. • iPhone or iPad, iOS 15 or later.
