Feed the fish, watch them puff, merge them into bigger fish. The goal: a whale. ◆ Tap = feed Tap a fish in the tank and it eats, then puffs up once, pushing everything around it. Choosing which fish to feed is your one move. ◆ Same kind touching = merge When a puffed fish touches another of the same kind, they merge into the next fish up. Puffer → Porcupine → Bream → Octopus → Turtle → Sunfish → Dolphin → Orca → Whale Shark → Whale. Ten species. A merge that triggers another merge is a chain, and chains multiply your score. ◆ Whale fusion, then a whale feast When two whale sharks merge, a whale is born. How many whales you can make in one game is the real measure of skill. Merge two whales and a giant whale appears, gulps every puffer, porcupine and bream in the tank, and swims back to the sea. ◆ Watch out for urchins Every 12 taps an urchin comes down the pipe instead of a fish. It just sits there taking up space, but tap it and it bursts, blasting the fish around it. Two urchins touching set off a double blast. Danger or opportunity, depending on where they land. ◆ Game over when the tank is full Every tap sends a new fish down one of the pipes. When a fish settles above the water line, the game is over. Keep merging to make room, and aim for the big ones. ◆ Records and rankings Your top 10 scores are kept on the device. Pick a name to join the online ranking and your best score appears on the Today and All-time boards (Today resets at midnight JST). No account is needed. Joining is optional and the game is the same either way. ◆ Pick up where you left off A game in progress is saved automatically. Next time you open the app, choose Continue to go back to your tank. ◆ Quiet by default Sound effects and music respect the silent switch, and they never interrupt music or podcasts playing from another app. ◆ Everything is free from the start The whole game, the rankings, the records. There is one in-app purchase, a one-time "Remove ads". It changes nothing about the game; it only removes the ads.
