Voice Chess Play

Voice Chess Play is the chessboard that listens. Speak as you would to a playing partner, "Pawn to e4", "Take it with the knight", "Castle kingside", and the move is played on the board. The computer answers, and the game goes on. PLAY BY VOICE • Natural-language commands: "Knight to f3", "The pawn goes to e4", "Take the bishop", "Promote to queen" • Understands spoken coordinates: "f three", "see six", "b four" • When two pieces can make the same move, the app asks which one you mean instead of guessing • Short spoken replies: the opponent's move, check, checkmate, draw • You can always tap the pieces or type the command instead PICK YOUR OPPONENT • Strength from 200 to 3400 Elo with a slider and presets, from beginner to near-maximum engine • Play as White, Black or random • The computer plays sensible moves for the chosen level, never random blunders NEVER LOSE A GAME • Automatic save after every move, even if you close the app or a call comes in • Resume exactly where you left off • History of all your games with date, color, opponent and result SIMPLE AND CLEAR • Large board with easy-to-read letters and numbers on every side • Interface in English and Italian, following your phone's language • No account, no sign-up, no connection needed to play • Full rules: castling, en passant, promotion, stalemate, threefold repetition, fifty-move rule Great for training board visualization, for playing hands-free, or for anyone who finds it more natural to say a move than to drag a piece.
