POTASMS: Private SMS Filter

Keep your SMS filter personal. POTASMS filters eligible messages from unknown senders on your iPhone, with message processing and personal learning on your device. SET YOUR OWN RULES Open Rules to keep or send messages to Junk by keyword, phrase, regular expression or sender number. Keep rules take priority. Combine rules with the on-device model, use rules alone, or pause your saved rules. Try a message locally before relying on a rule. TEACH IT YOUR PREFERENCES Paste a message or import a compatible sample file. Review each example and choose Keep or Junk before it can be used for personal learning. A message's category and your preference are separate: you can keep a promotional message you want. REVIEW EVERY UPDATE Try learning from one confirmed example, with checks that may keep your current filter. A ready update is not applied until you choose Apply. Clear results show whether it was applied or the current filter was kept. Compare results before applying an update, and restore the previous model if an update does not work for you. Personal learning affects future filtering; it does not reorganize messages already in your inbox. KEEP YOUR MESSAGES PRIVATE No account, advertising or analytics service. Message text, labels and personal model weights are processed locally. The filtering extension does not send incoming message text to the app or a cloud service. You can erase your personal learning data from the app. WHAT TO EXPECT Filtering covers SMS/MMS that iOS makes available from unknown senders. Contacts and iMessage are outside this filter. POTASMS cannot read your SMS history; you choose the examples you add. Classification can make mistakes and cannot verify a sender's identity or prove fraud. Check your Junk folder regularly, and review changes before applying personal updates. Designed first for English messages. No subscription or in-app purchases. OPTIONAL COMMUNITY REPORTS Share one reduced English preview only after checking it and confirming permission.
