It integrates Gear Pair, Backlash, Tooth Flank, Contact Pattern, mechanical adjustment, and retest records into a unified digital gear model. Main Functions: * Create the meshing geometry model of the pinion and gear. * View the Tooth Profile, Pitch, Root, Tip, and Flank. * Record backlash tooth by tooth and generate Tooth Fence. * Locate tooth surface data using Heel/Toe × Root/Tip coordinates. * Draw and save the tooth surface contact pattern. * Measure Pattern Length, Height, Position, and Centroid. * Compare the contact areas of Drive Flank and Coast Flank. * View multi-tooth contact patterns and overlay before and after adjustment. * Record Shim Stack, Axial Position, and Center Distance. * Create different Gear Mesh Adjustment Cases. * Complete the adjusted backlash and contact pattern recheck. * Save the final As-Meshed Configuration and historical engineering records.
