Notary Book

Notary Book is a private record-keeping journal built for working notaries. LOG EVERY ACT IN SECONDS Record the date and time, act type, signer's name and address, how identity was verified, the fee, and notes. Entries are numbered in sequence and can't be silently edited or deleted; corrections are logged as voids with a reason, the way a paper journal works. SIGNATURES ON SCREEN Hand the phone to the signer to sign in the entry, or capture their signature ahead of time from an intake link. CLIENT INTAKE BY TEXT Tap "Request client info", text the private link, and the client's name, address, document, contact details, and signature arrive in your entry the moment they submit. You add the act type, ID method, and fee, then save. CREDENTIALS AT A GLANCE Track your commission, bond, insurance, and training with expiration dates, keep a photo of your commission certificate, and see at a glance when something is about to lapse. EXPORT Download your journal as a CSV whenever you need a copy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your records are visible only to your account. No ads, no trackers, no selling data. Delete your account and everything with it at any time from the Profile tab. Notary Book is a record-keeping tool. It does not replace any journal format or retention rule your commissioning authority requires.
