Adding a lesson takes seconds — pick a student, room, instrument, and time, and Wolfi automatically checks for room clashes, instrument mismatches, double-bookings, and travel-buffer gaps between locations. When a conflict is detected, Wolfi surfaces a one-tap fix so you can resolve it without leaving the scheduler. The Insights tab shows week load against your capacity target, idle windows you can fill, revenue earned, outstanding balances, room utilization, and attendance by student — filterable by this week, this month, or all time. Every calculation runs on-device. Your schedule stays private. Manage multiple teaching locations and rooms, each with its own instrument list and travel buffer. Keep a full session history for every student — photos of the material you covered, attendance records, and payment status. A built-in instrument reference library lists typical lesson lengths and setup times so you can build accurate buffers into every teaching day.
