Monos: Expense Tracker

Monos is a private, offline record of what you spend and how much credit you have left. No account. No bank login. No cloud. Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you export it yourself. WHAT IT DOES Add your cards by hand, record what you spend in a few seconds, and see where the month actually went. Snap a receipt if you want one. Monos tells you how much credit each card has left for the current statement cycle, and reminds you before a payment falls due. BUILT AROUND THE STATEMENT CYCLE Most trackers reset on the first of the month. Real credit cards do not. Monos follows your card's actual cycle: it counts the spending you still owe, including the last statement while it remains unpaid, so remaining credit means what your bank means by it. SHARED CREDIT LIMITS Some banks issue a second card that draws on the same credit line as the first. Mark it as sharing, and Monos counts that family's spending against one limit instead of two. QUICK ENTRY Title, amount, category, cash or card. Eight categories, a receipt photo if you want one, and you are done. The keypad is sized for one hand. SEE WHERE IT WENT Spending by category, a trend over the week, month or year, and a full searchable history you can filter by date or category. Export it all to CSV whenever you like. REMINDERS THAT MATTER A nudge a few days before a payment is due, on the day a statement closes, and thirty days before an annual fee, so you can cancel a card before it renews. All scheduled on your device. HOME SCREEN WIDGET Today's spending and the card that falls due next, without opening the app. It hides amounts on the Lock Screen while your phone is locked. PRIVACY BY CONSTRUCTION Monos contains no networking code at all. There is no server to send anything to, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDK. The app never asks who you are, and there is nowhere to enter a full card number: it stores at most the last four digits, which you type yourself as a label. Your data is yours. Back it up to a file, export a spreadsheet, or delete everything in one tap. Monos is a personal record, not a financial service. It is not connected to any bank, and it gives no financial advice.
