SSS Connect

Serene Connect is the workforce and support coordination app for Serene Support Services. It provides authorised staff with secure access to the information and tools they need to deliver and manage supports. Features include worker rosters, shift details, clock in and clock out, Job Board access, medication administration records, progress notes, participant documents, incident access, timesheets, alerts and administrative roster management. Administrative users can manage operational tasks including shifts, workers, participants, payroll readiness, documents and notifications. Serene Connect is intended for authorised Serene Support Services personnel only. Accounts are created and managed by Serene Support Services and public self-registration is not available.
