OIT Diary

The Camallergy OIT Diary is for food allergy oral immunotherapy (OIT) patients, or their families or other caregivers, under the care of Camallergy or a partner clinic. It replaces the paper diary. Record your dose taken and any symptoms and treatments. Each entry is shared with your supervising clinician. WHAT IT DOES - Records each daily dose, including missed or reduced doses - Records symptoms after a dose, using the list your clinic has chosen - Reminds you when a dose is due, and when your symptom report is due WHO CAN USE IT For access to this app, contact your allergy clinician. They can add your email address to the patient's record, and you sign in with that address. IMPORTANT This app is only a diary record. It does not give medical advice, change a dose, or provide any diagnosis. In an emergency, do not use the app to contact the clinic: call the emergency services.
