Oxymel Companion is a privacy-first formulary and batch log for home oxymels, shrubs, and herbal or medicinal vinegars. Everything stays on this iPhone or iPad. No account, no cloud, no feed. WHAT YOU GET • Formulas — a private kitchen formulary with herbs, vinegar, honey or sugar ratios, tags, and pantry matching. Starter cards include elderberry oxymel, ginger lemon shrub, fire cider, and rosehip oxymel. • Start batch — begin a jar from a formula, optional parent for a second steep, and jar photos from the camera. Photos never leave the device. • Infusions — now / week / later plus a month and week calendar. Local shake and strain reminders only. No push servers. • Strain & taste — record yield, tasting notes, and score; postpone or start another steep. • Pantry — herbs, vinegars, and sweeteners on hand, from Formulas or Settings. • History — batch genealogy and PDF/text share from the device. JSON export from Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • All formulary data lives in the app sandbox (SwiftData). • No sign-in, no server, no analytics, no ads, no tracking SDKs, no in-app purchases. • Paid once.
