They come back the moment you finish. Blocking is optional, stays on your device, and you can turn it off whenever you like. A GENTLE WELLBEING CHECK-IN If your timer has stopped and you haven't opened Awhile, the app can send one kind note — a reminder to grab a water, take a break, or read a message you wrote yourself.
