Beneath the great underground city of Hork lie the Catacombs, and the only way out is through them. Ave Molech: Ex Tenebris is a first-person dungeon crawler set in the grim world of the Ave Molech tabletop RPG. Begin in the dark below the city, assemble a party of companions, and fight your way up through the catacombs and out onto the surface. Twenty-one zones lie between the deep dark and the world above: tunnels and tombs give way to deserts, marshes, forests, jungles, and stranger places still. Every zone you have not walked is one that can kill you. EXPLORE Move through a handcrafted first-person world, corridor by corridor and road by road. Map each zone, uncover hidden passages, and read the dangers before they read you. Lucky encounters, sudden ambushes, and storms that scatter your party keep every leg of the journey tense. FIGHT Turn-based combat built on real class roles. Spend your magic, trigger class abilities and passives, and exploit enemy weaknesses. Smite the undead, evade with a Shadow Dancer, soak hits with a Protector. Lore-accurate monsters from the catacombs and the surface beyond will test every build you bring. BUILD A PARTY Six companions to recruit, each with their own class, story, and personality. Two ride with you into the dark. Earn their trust, complete their personal quests, and forge bonds that grant permanent power. Some companions can become more than allies. Send the rest on timed adventures while you press on. GROW Progress from base classes through advanced and prestige tiers. Equip weapons, armor, and accessories with real stat tradeoffs, hunt rare and legendary gear, and chase the Qual'Shani set from the daily boss at the heart of Old Hus. Earn reputation with three factions for party-wide combat bonuses. QUESTS AND STORY Take faction contracts, road patrols, independent jobs, and a linked storyline that runs from the Sahenix to the Lost Codex.
