Sleep Sounds: Mix & Breathe brings offline listening, focus timers and quiet breathing breaks together—without ads or an app account. FIND YOUR EVENING SOUND Explore 27 built-in sounds, including white, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean waves, a fan, forest ambience and soft music. Start with a ready-made scene for sleep, relaxation, focus, meditation or a nap. Every built-in sound is available offline. MAKE A MIX THAT FEELS RIGHT Combine up to 8 sound layers, adjust each volume and save your mix with a name. Keep favorite scenes close, then return to your own blend whenever you need it. LET THE SOUND FADE Set a fade-out timer or keep listening continuously. Background playback and Lock Screen controls let you put your phone down while the sound continues. GIVE YOUR ATTENTION A PLACE Choose a focus countdown, a stopwatch or a Pomodoro session with work and break periods. Pause and resume, label time for work, study or reading, and review your focus records. TAKE A BREATHING BREAK Follow four breathing patterns, including box breathing and 4–7–8, with optional haptic cues. Try a timed meditation with short written prompts and optional interval bells, or pair an ambient sound with a rest or nap session. KEEP YOUR ROUTINE PERSONAL Your activity records stay on this device. Export a copy of your data, or turn on optional iCloud sync for mixes, favorites and preferences. iCloud sync is off by default. No ads, subscriptions or app account registration. Designed for iPhone and iPad, in English and Simplified Chinese. Rest records reflect sessions you start and end; they do not measure sleep or sleep stages.
